We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in downtown Hualien City! The spacious bathroom was a highlight, and the room was beautifully decorated with a comfy bed. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to food, shopping, and sightseeing. The free shuttle pick-up and bikes were a nice bonus. highly recommend this hotel!

This place has an excellent location! They were kind enough to pick us up from the train station for free. It's also close to the main night market, which was great for exploring and trying local food. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It offers great value for the price and the location is perfect for exploring the area.

We stayed in a hotel located in the center of the city; it was convenient because there were many restaurants and shops available nearby. We had an array of choices for breakfast including both oriental and Western options. the hotel was quite close to a food street with lots of delicious dishes available for us to try.
The view from our room was somewhat disappointing.

During my Christmas stay, the location of the hotel was spot on, right in the heart of the city center and within a close walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and night markets. The staff were friendly and provided a useful map with recommended sights and activities. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure.
My overall experience was dampened by the lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The carpets were dirty, and the towels provided were thin and worn out.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and location close to shops and restaurants. The parking space provided was vast and made our trip much easier. The breakfast had a good selection of both Chinese and Western styles. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Can't fault the property in any way.

We had an enjoyable weekend in this hotel. the staff was super friendly and always willing to assist us. They offered a free shuttle pick up and bikes. We loved their walking map and the location was perfect - within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and sightseeing spots.
That our room had small windows and not much sunlight came in during the day. It would have been nice if the room had better lighting.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
